Six Bridges Cruise

During the cruise of the six bridges, we'll sail along the Douro from the Dom Luis I Bridge and the Arrábida Bridge to the Freixo Bridge, located at the eastern end of Porto.

As well as the aforementioned, we'll cross the Infante Don Enrique Bridge (built in 2003), the Maria Pia Bridge (designed by Gustave Eiffel's partner Théophile Seyrig in 1873) and the Sao Joao Bridge (for trains only).

And more than just bridges, during the cruise you can also enjoy the best views of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, where the most famous wineries in Porto can be found. And of course, the cruise takes place on a traditional Rabelo boat, with which the barrels were transported from the vineyards of the valley to the Gaia wineries.

El crucero es una actividad imprescindible si visitas Oporto. El paseo por el río es precioso, y está muy bien organizado. Sólo un apunte (para la gente que no lee la información que recibe, y luego critican por desconocimiento): el BONO de CIVITATIS hay que llevarlo IMPRESO (en el resto de Freetours no hace falta pero aquí SI) y presentarlo PREVIAMENTE en la carpa que hay en el muelle donde te lo canjean por TICKETS para poder acceder al barco. El paseo fue estupendo además, gracias a la buena gestión de Catarina Pinto pudimos cambiar la hora de realización ya que se preveían lluvias para nuestra hora, aconsejo que antes se mande un mensaje a Civitatis para que ellos tengan constancia. El crucero es muy chulo, unas vistas geniales. Lo teniamos a las 12, con una duración de 50 minutos. Partió a las 12:05 en el lado de Porto, y a las 12:50 estabamos dentro de una de las tiendas de Gaia ya que fue donde nos dejó. The cruise is very cool, with fantastic views. We had a 50-minute cruise at 12:00. It departed at 12:05 on the Porto side, and by 12:50 we were inside one of the Gaia shops, since that's where it dropped us off. Me ha gustado el paso en barco aunque no te enteras de las explicaciones porque en el barco hay mucho ruido y/o la gente no para de hablar. Recomendaría, como en otras ciudades ara este tipo de actividad, un QR q capturas con tu móvil y vas escuchando la explicación con tus auriculares. I enjoyed the boat ride, although you don't understand the explanations because the boat is very noisy and/or people are constantly talking. I would recommend, as in other cities for this type of activity, a QR code that you scan with your phone and listen to the explanation with your headphones.
