After meeting at the indicated time on Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, we'll head to the historic city of Braga, a destination loaded with charm that's a must-see on any visit to Portugal.
Once in the city, we'll see the interior of the Sé de Braga and the Santuario do Bom Jesus. We'll then go down into the city, where we'll take a guided tour of the historic center of Braga. On this tour, we'll see the exterior of such iconic monuments as the Episcopal Palace. We'll also walk through the most picturesque streets of its beautiful old town.

Having enjoyed some free time to pass through the city and perhaps do some shopping, we'll hit the road towards Guimarães. Once there, we'll visit the imposing Medieval castle, and explore the delightful historic center, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wherever you are in the city, the fortified towers of the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza can be seen jutting above the skyline. Visiting its exterior, we'll note the influence of 14th-century French palaces on the architecture.
Finally, we'll say goodbye at Rua de Alexandre Herculano after 9 hours in total.
