Free Walking Tour of Porto Street Art
Free Walking Tour of Porto Street Art
At the indicated time, we'll meet in the central city square of Praça de Carlos Alberto. From here, we'll begin our free walking tour of Porto's street art.
We'll walk a few metres until we reach the 150-square-metre (1,614-square-foot) painting in honour of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. We'll continue our tour to see the BlueBerri and the Aerial Mural by Martinha Maia, at the Carlos Alberto National Theatre.
Afterwards, we'll head to the Steak n Shake restaurant, where we'll have the opportunity to admire a colourful tile mural by Joana Vasconcelos. Next, we'll see a work by Tamara Alves at the Trindade Station.
The next stop will be at Rua das Flores, where we'll see the works on the metro and electricity boxes. Did you know that the walls of the metro have been decorated by works by Hazul and GodMess during the works?
Then, we'll go to Rua de Afonso Martins Alho to see the famous Gato Perspentico, as well as the work of Rui Chafres or the Mural de Mots at the Hard Clud. Don't forget to take pictures!
Finally, we'll meet the most important Portuguese artist of the moment. We'll visit Vhils' Look at Porto mural in Miragaia, which will leave you speechless!
Our tour will come to an end here after 3 hours.
