Port of Spain + Maracas Beach
Description
We'll start this guided tour by picking you up from your selected hotel in Port of Spain. Then, we'll begin to discover the history and culture of the capital of Trinidad and Tobago.
Firstly, we'll visit Independence Square, where we'll see the tallest building in the city, the Eric Williams Plaza, which is huge!
We'll then pass by the Red House, where the Parliament of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is located. This building is the site of some of the most important political events on the island. Pay attention to the story of its destruction and reconstruction in the early 20th century.
Next, we'll make our way to Trinidad and Tobago's largest urban park, the Queen's Savannah, which covers an area of over 1 square kilometre (0.4 square miles).
Afterwards, we'll drive to the bay of Maracas. It will take approximately 40 minutes, surrounded by beautiful panoramic views of the coast. When we arrive at Maracas Beach, you can take a swim in the crystal clear waters and enjoy the paradise!
After 6 hours, we'll return to the meeting point in Port of Spain.
