1-Day Trip
Looking to spend the day somewhere with crystalline water? Welcome to Cubagua Island! At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Margarita Island. We'll then head over to the Punta de Piedras dock, where a catamaran will be waiting for us to take us to Cubagua Island, a paradise in Nueva Esparta. During this 45-minute ride, we'll get to enjoy the fascinating turquoise waters that are so characteristic of this part of Venezuela.
Once we reach Cubagua, we'll be greeted with a welcome snack and you'll have access to an open bar with national and imported alcoholic drinks. You'll have over 5 hours to enjoy the facilities at Cubagua Lodge. You'll get to relax on the sunbeds, walk in the sea, and use a swing while you enjoy the sea breeze.
If you're looking for something adventurous, you'll also be able to use kayaks and paddle boards. You can also make the most of the Balsa terrace, with its slide that ends straight in the sea. The perfect way to enjoy the turquoise water!
At lunchtime, you’ll enjoy a selection of fresh chicken or fish with local sides, followed by a delicious fruit dessert. In the afternoon, you'll have another snack before we head back to the Punta de Piedras dock.
We'll drop you off at your hotel 10 hours after pickup.
2-Day Trip
Want to spend more time on Cubagua Island? In that case, you can't miss this opportunity to watch the sunset and spend the night on this pristine island with this 2-day trip.
On the first day, after having a welcome snack, we'll check in. You'll then have access to the bar and all the facilities described in the previous option.
You'll also be able to participate in different activities organised at the lodge, including a hike to a viewpoint, a trip to the Nueva Cádiz ruins, or a visit to Barro Lake. To end the day, you'll get to admire the starry sky while you enjoy a drink at the bar. What a luxury in the middle of the sea!
On the next day, after breakfast, you'll have free time in the morning to make the most of the facilities before we head back to Margarita Island. After returning to the Punta de Piedras dock, we'll drop you off at your hotel around 5 pm.
