Do you want to learn scuba diving in Apulia? This diving introduction in Polignano a Mare combines theory and practice so that you'll become a real expert in this discipline - you'll love admiring the underwater beauty of the Adriatic Sea!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Cala Paura, and then we'll gear up with the diving equipment to start the activity, I'm sure you're eager to learn how to dive!

Before we start diving, we'll give you a brief theoretical class in which we'll explain the basic safety rules, we'll show you how to use the diving equipment, and teach you the signs we'll use to communicate underwater.

Then, it'll be time for our dive! Accompanied by the instructor at all times, we'll dive into the waters of Polignano a Mare to put into practice everything we have learned. During the dive, we'll enjoy a pleasant feeling of tranquility and weightlessness underwater while admiring the sea vegetation and wildlife.

Gradually, we'll return to the surface. We'll then recover our strength by enjoying a delicious snack consisting of various canapes, juices, and fresh fruit.

Finally, after 3 hours of diving, we'll end the diving introduction and say our goodbyes back at the starting point.

Excellent moment passé avec l’équipage, gentils, patients et très souriants. Un moment convivial partagé avec eux à la fin de la plongée, ils nous ont offerts des parts de pizza et une bière chacune. Excellente expérience avec Emilio et Salvatore. Très patient et rassurant lors de la plongée, qui fut une grande réussite. Nous avons ensuite eu droit à un petit plat préparé par sa femme pour reprendre des forces, ainsi qu’une petite bière pour trinquer dans la bonne humeur.
