At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Riviera Maya to start our day trip to Chichén Itzá. Let's go!
After approximately a 3-hour journey, we'll arrive at the marvellous ancient city of Chichén Itzá and we'll be the first to enter this impressive archaeological zone. The views of the sunrise are breathtaking!
Did you know that Chichén Itzá means at the edge of the well of Itza? During the tour, we'll learn all about the history that surrounds one of the new Seven Wonders of the World.
We'll also walk to the Kukulcán pyramid, one of the largest and most impressive structures at the sight, to the Group of the Thousand Columns, a construction of beams that supported large vaults.
Additionally, we'll visit the field dedicated to the Sacred Mayan sport. According to historians, this game consisted of getting a ball in the hoop that you'll see on the other wall.
Finally, we'll end our tour at the meeting point between 10 and 12 hours after the start of the activity.
