Tour Details

We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Playa del Carmen at the agreed time and set off on a one-and-a-half-hour journey to Coba.

Before reaching our destination, we’ll stop at a small Mayan village nestled in the jungle. Here, you’ll learn about local traditions, customs, and the ancient art of Mayan pottery. You'll even get to make your own clay pieces!

Once we arrive in Coba, we’ll embark on a 1-hour-and-45-minute tour through the jungle, exploring the remarkable ruins of one of the largest Mayan cities of the classic period. You'll uncover fascinating stories about this mysterious pre-Columbian civilization as we wander through the site.

The tour will take us to Nohoch Mul, the tallest pyramid in the Yucatan. Feel free to admire it from the base or take on the challenge of climbing to the top for breathtaking views. We'll also pause for a quick snack before continuing our adventure.

Next, we’ll cool off with a refreshing swim in a sacred cenote, followed by collecting the ceramic pieces you crafted earlier. To round off the day, we’ll enjoy a delicious traditional Mayan dinner by the picturesque Coba lagoon.

After approximately 11 hours of exploring, we’ll return you to your hotel to conclude the excursion.
