At your chosen time, we'll meet you at the dock on Rua da Praia, in Pinhão. We'll welcome you aboard the rabelo, a traditional Portuguese boat widely used in the villages along the Douro River. This boat is unique to the Douro region and dates back to the 18th century.
We'll set off eastbound on our relaxing boat trip through the waters bordering Pinhão. As we sail along the Douro, you'll be able to see the numerous bridges that cross it plus the vineyards and wineries that stretch along the valley. If we're lucky, we might even spot a peregrine falcon or a majestic golden eagle.
When making your booking, you'll be able to opt for either a 1 or 2-hour rabelo boat trip. If you choose the longer tour, you'll have a glass of wine onboard as well as the audio guide. Cheers!
Once our rabelo boat trip has come to an end, we'll say our goodbyes and disembark at the meeting point.

During the booking process, you'll need to choose the time you'd like to go on the rabelo boat trip on the Douro River. The times are as follows:
- 1-hour boat trip: 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm. Between April and September, you can also book a boat trip at 5:30 pm.
- 2-hour boat trip: 10:30 am or 2:30 pm.
