Meet us at a farmhouse located on the Via Radicosa in Pianillo and we'll kick off an unforgettable cooking class on the Amalfi Coast.

Our expert chef will receive us with a warm welcome as we share brief introductions. Then, we'll listen to the first instructions for making three iconic dishes of Italy: tiramisu, mozzarella, and a pasta dish of which you may choose between noodles or gnocchi. Let's roll up our sleeves!

First, we'll learn how to create a perfect tiramisu. Mascarpone, whipped cream, coffee, and cookies all come together to make this delectable treat that has become one of the most iconic desserts in Italian cuisine.

Next, our chef will share the secrets to making an exquisite mozzarella. We'll follow along each step as explained for making this classic Italian cheese from scratch with fresh milk and techniques rich in history.

To round out our cooking class experience on the Amalfi Coast, we'll roll up our sleeves and make our own pasta! Whether you choose to make noodles or gnocchis, we'll follow careful steps to create the perfect pasta dough and mold it to make this Italian cuisine staple. No pasta dish would be complete without its sauce, which we'll also make. Just as much as the dough, the sauce requires care and attention as well.

With our stove tops heated and put to work, we'll pause to enjoy a glass of local wine as we admire the breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. Once our delicious meal is ready, we'll sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor and tuck into our delicious home-cooked meal. To top off the experience, we'll enjoy a digestive drink of limoncello afterward.
