Private Tour of Phuket
Description
At 9 am we'll pick you up from your hotel ready to start this private tour of Phuket. We'll board a comfortable vehicle and drive along the roads of the most beautiful beaches in the area.
We'll pass Patong, Kata and Karon Beach. At Karon Beach, we'll stop to enjoy the unparalleled views of the sea from the Karon viewpoint. The route will then continue to Promthep viewpoint, where we'll admire impressive views of the cape.
Next, we'll move on to the largest Buddhist complex on the island of Phuket: welcome to Wat Chalong! We'll enter the temple for a guided tour and learn all the details of Buddhism. Walking through the different rooms of the sacred temple, we'll reveal intriguing facts about this important place of worship.
Before continuing with the tour of Phuket, we'll take a break for lunch at a traditional restaurant. We'll then visit a Thai handicraft shop, can you resist buying some souvenirs?
We'll then head towards the historic centre of Phuket, arriving at Thalang Road. There we'll find some unique buildings whose architecture is a mix of Chinese and Portuguese elements.
Of course, it wouldn't be a tour of Phuket without stopping at the Big Buddha, one of the largest seated Buddha statues in the world and a symbol of southern Thailand!
Finally, you'll be dropped off at your hotel in Phuket at around 5 pm.
