PADI Open Water

Day 1: Confined waters

On the first day, we'll meet on Kata Road at 8:30 am and begin with a 2-hour theory lesson. Afterwards, we'll see if what we've learned has sunk in by doing a test.

We'll then be ready to put what we've learned into practice in the pool. As we carry out our first dive in confined waters, we'll learn how to breathe underwater.

Day 2: Racha Island

Welcome back! On the second day, we'll set off from your hotel at 8:30 am and board a boat that'll take us to Racha Island. When we get there, we'll carry out the next dives and have a buffet lunch on the boat. Our day will finish at 4 pm when we drop you off back at your hotel.

Day 3: Racha Island

Rise and shine! Our final day will begin at 7:30 am when we pick you up from your hotel and set off for Racha Island once again. We'll do 2 or 3 dives! You'll also eat breakfast and lunch on the boat as well as having some free time to relax and sunbathe.

Having become a pro diver, you'll be dropped off back at your hotel at 4:30 pm.

Hotel pickup

This activity includes pickup and drop off at hotels in the following areas of Phuket: Chalong, Kata, Karon and Patong. Hotel pick up is only included on day two and three of the course.
