Enjoy a day surrounded by nature as you paddle your way down the Deva River in a canoe. You can paddle at your own pace while you let yourself be carried along by the current.
Canoeing on the Deva River
If you want to enjoy a fun day paddling at your own pace through the beautiful scenery surrounding the Deva River, this canoe trip is perfect for you.
We'll meet you in Barrio La Tejera, where we'll provide you with a life jacket and a waterproof bottle. Afterwards, we'll take you to the village of Panes, where we'll give you the canoes and paddles so that you can start to go down the river at your own pace.
This route is approximately 12 kilometres (7.4 miles) long and will take you between the picturesque villages of Panes, in Asturias and Unquera, in Cantabria. What's more, as you do it at your own pace, you can stop on the shore to rest as often as you like.
When you reach the end of the route, a minibus will be waiting for you to take you back to the meeting point in Barrio La Tejera.
