We'll meet at the indicated time in front of the Movich Hotel from where we'll start our street food tour in Pereira. Ready to learn the secrets of Colombian gastronomy? Let's go!
First up, we'll start walking along Circunvalar street, also known as the pink zone, up to La Rebeca Park. This avenue is home to some of the most popular restaurants, bars and stores in the capital of the Risaralda state.
During our tour, we'll stop at the most typical food stalls of the city to taste dishes like arepas with cheese, almojábanas or fritters, a good Colombian coffee and a cholao. The latter is a fruit salad served as a slushy soft drink.
Of course, as we indulge in these local flavors, we'll tell you the story behind each bite, as well as the importance of each ingredient in the traditional cuisine of the country. You’ll love experiencing the true essence of Pereira through each bite!
Finally, we'll say goodbye at the starting point 2.5 hours after the beginning of the activity.
