At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in George Town and start a minibus tour on one of the most beautiful roads in the area: Batu Ferringhi.

Along the way, we'll admire miles of white sand beaches until we reach a picturesque fishing village. Here we'll learn about the importance of fishing on the island and visit a local fruit stand. Afterward, we'll attend a batik workshop, where we'll learn about this traditional textile decoration technique.

We'll continue the tour by heading to the Temple of the Snake. This small sanctuary is home to a large number of these reptiles and you'll encounter the fearsome vipers in the Wagler pit.

According to the monks of the area, the humidity of the environment, along with the smoke from the incense, leaves them immobile and harmless. After this peculiar visit, we'll make various stops at several food stalls in the area so that you can taste the traditional gastronomy, like el asam laksa or char kway teow, on your own.

With our batteries charged, we'll set off for our next destination: a batik workshop. We'll learn about this traditional technique and then move on to Kek Lok Si, the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia, with the most fevered following. 

Afterward, we'll climb up to the top of Penang Hill to enjoy one of the best views of the island. The perfect spot for the best photos!

Finally, we'll return to your hotel in Penang, arriving 8 hours after pickup.
