Big Buddha Hill Guided Tour
Big Buddha Hill Guided Tour
We'll collect you from your hotel at 9 am and set off to the highest point in Pattaya: the Big Buddha Hill, also known as Wat Phra Yai.
After a brief journey through the lush jungle vegetation of the region, we will arrive at the summit. There, the biggest Buddha statue in the province of Chon Buri will be waiting to welcome us. This enormous figure can be seen from any point in Pattaya and has become the symbol of the city.
Our guide will tell you all about the history of this landmark, which is known locally as Luang Phor Yhai, and will show you other amazing sculptures and artworks in the grounds. You will also discover the temple project that is currently being developed on the same hill.
The Big Buddha Hill is a fantastic place to enjoy the best panoramic views of the city of Pattaya and its coastline, from a unique setting where religion, art, and nature come together.
Before taking you back to your hotel, we will visit the fabulous Gem Gallery, one of Thailand's largest jewelers where you can admire the huge collection of precious stones, and even buy one for yourself as a souvenir.
