At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Parras de la Fuente and head to the renowned Rivero Gonzalez vineyards, a key winemaker in the state of Coahuila.
During this exclusive tour, we'll delve into the intricate process of grape transformation into the exquisite Parras wine. You'll be able to indulge in a tasting experience featuring three varieties from the winery as well as a spread of cold meats.
Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later, we'll journey by car or minibus to the heart of Parras de la Fuente, where you'll discover its rich history and the Jesuit influence evident in its temples. We'll explore the market at Plaza del Reloj, which has diverse stalls showcasing traditional handicrafts.
At this juncture, you'll enjoy an hour of free time to grab a bite to eat if you wish. We recommend tasting local cuisine at the renowned Las Parras de Santa María restaurant, celebrated for serving the best paella in Parras.
With our batteries recharged, we'll head to the second vineyard of the day, Las Pudencianas. We'll be greeted with a welcome drink and begin to explore the history of the winery and its vineyards. We'll visit the Botanical Garden, where we will find the Tree of the Sad Night, letting us in on some important Mexican history. In addition, by this time, a stunning sunset will begin to appear before us, making for an even more enchanting experience.
