At the designated time, we'll meet at Amado Nervo, 102, in Parras de la Fuente, and head over to the Segovia Fuantos winery facilities, where flavors, colors and textures will come together in the workshop of traditional Parreño sweets that we'll get to enjoy.
Over the course of 4 hours, a seasoned local cook will guide us through the art of crafting these delightful Parreño sweets, with pecan nuts as the main ingredient.
As the workshop wraps up, the sweetest part awaits: you'll be able to enjoy the sweets you've just made. Moreover, as a delightful keepsake, you'll leave with a small piece of the history of this enchanting Mexican region!
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes back at the meeting point after a total of around 2.5 to 3 hours.
