Cerro Colorado Sunset Wine Tour
Cerro Colorado Wine Tour
On the day of the activity, we'll meet up at Amado Nevero 102, ready for an immersive tour of Mexico's famous wine region. Did you know this area achieved fame by becoming the first winery in the Americas?
During our Cerro Colorado Wine tour, we'll learn all about desert plants and their role in the wine-making process, which are fundamental to the country's cuisine. Among them, sangre de drago, lechuguillas, guayule, and alicoches contribute to the region's unique flavor profile.
Moving on from the educational portion of the tour, we'll move into the wine-tasting experience. Each wine, you'll discover, is cultivated with unique desert aromas.
To cap off our tour, we'll indulge in the exquisite flavors of 3 wines from the most iconic wineries in the Parras Valley: Casa Madero, Rivero Gonzalez, and Camino Corazón. We'll pair these wines with discada norteña, a delicious local dish made of beef, pork and veggies.
Then, after an enriching and satisfying 6 hours, we'll drop you off back at the starting point.
