At the scheduled time we'll pick you up from your hotel in Parnaíba to begin this tour of the Sete Cidades National Park. Let's go and enjoy the beautiful landscape!
After a 2-hour journey on the motorway, we'll arrive at the region of Piracuruca, one of the entry gates to the Sete Cidades National Park. From here, on foot, we'll begin to explore this natural site famous for its many odd rock formations.
As we walk, we'll pass by caves, waterfalls, natural pools and, above all, enormous rocks that take on the most unusual shapes. We'll learn about how erosion has moulded these rocks over thousands of years, and of course, there will be time to take photos from the various viewpoints.
During the tour, we'll pay attention to the local flora and fauna as we are left with the mysterious aura of the landscape that surrounds us. Did you know why this area was coined Sete Cidades? Who were the old inhabitants of these lands? Where does the water that flows from the hills come from? You'll discover all of this!
After admiring this natural space, we'll be brought to a traditional restaurant for lunch, to recharge our batteries. With renewed energy and, after 8 hours of touring and walking, the tour will come to an end back at your hotel.
