With your ticket to the Ballon de Paris Generali, you'll enjoy the best views of the French capital from a tethered balloon anchored in André Citroën Park, next to the Seine River.
Description
The Ballon de Paris Generali is a tethered balloon -that is, it's anchored to the ground- located in the André-Citroën park in Paris. Since its inauguration in 1999, this balloon has become one of the main tourist attractions in the 15th arrondissement of the French capital.
With your ticket to the Ballon de Paris Generali, you'll soar up to 150 meters (500 feet) high and enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Paris from the basket of the balloon. Please note that the balloon does not move from its anchored spot in the park, it simply goes straight up and straight back down.
During the experience, in which you'll remain suspended in the air for 10 to 12 minutes, you'll be able to see the banks of the Seine River from the balloon basket, as well as other iconic Parisian landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower.
The Ballon de Paris Generali is also a symbol of environmental awareness, as the color of this tethered balloon varies according to the quality of the air in Paris.
Opening hours
You can enjoy the Ballon de Paris Generali experience from 9 am until 30 minutes before the closing time of the Parc André Citroën, which varies according to the season.
These times are subject to change and modification.
To avoid a long wait during peak periods (weekends, school vacations, and public holidays), we recommend going in the morning.
