Ready for an immersive journey through art, design, and history? We'll meet at the designated time at Le BHV/Marais and begin our journey together on Metro Line 1 toward the La Défense neighborhood. Along the way, our guide will share fascinating insights about the Paris Metro system and notable landmarks.
We'll hop off the metro at Les Sablons and walk to the Jardin d’Acclimatation, a beautifully landscaped park filled with fresh flowers and sculptures. Once there, we'll take a 20 to 30-minute stroll through the grounds, as our guide highlights some of the exhibits at the Fondation Louis Vuitton, while also sharing with us the captivating story behind its design by architect Frank Gehry.
Then, we'll head over to the Fondation Louis Vuitton. The building’s innovative architecture, often likened to a glass sailboat, is sure to captivate you from the start. We'll be able to skip the lines and head right inside to begin our tour.
Making our way through the museum, our guide will highlight key works and share insights about them. We'll see contemporary masterpieces and special exhibits such as Matisse's "Red Studio" and Ellsworth Kelly's "Shapes and Colors."
After a total of an hour and a half, we'll say our goodbyes and you'll then have free time to continue exploring the museum at your own pace, you're welcome to stay for as long as you'd like.
