At the designated time, we'll depart from number 82, Avenida General de Gaulle, embarking on a northward journey to uncover the treasures of one of Europe's most beautiful countries.
Leaving the bustling streets of Paris behind, we'll traverse the border into Belgium, arriving in the vibrant capital city of Brussels, where we'll embark on a guided walking tour, admiring iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula from the outside.
Our exploration continues as we arrive at the magnificent Grand Place, known as one of the most beautiful squares in the world. Marvel at the majestic facades of the City Hall, the King's House, and the Guild Houses. Just a stone's throw away, we'll encounter the famous Manneken Pis statue, a whimsical symbol of Brussels.
Following the city tour, you'll be able to explore a bit on your own and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Brussels. You can try delectable Belgian treats such as chocolates, waffles, fries, or beers. Later, we'll reconvene in the historic heart of the city as we venture onwards to the Flemish region in northern Belgium.
Upon our arrival, we'll embark on a guided tour of Bruges, a medieval marvel renowned as the "Venice of the North" for its romantic network of canals. Admire the iconic Belfry bell tower of the Grote Markt and soak in the charming ambiance of the colorful Guild Houses.
After exploring Bruges, you'll have free time to wander at your own pace. Finally, we'll regroup for our return journey to the meeting point in Paris, where we'll conclude this unforgettable 16-hour excursion.
