Beginner Scuba Dive in Paraty
On the day of the activity, we'll meet up at the scheduled time at the dock of the Marina do Engenho, and board a boat to the tranquil diving spot along the coast of Paraty.
Before diving for the first time, the instructor will explain the technical know-how necessary to participate in the activity safely. We'll learn how to use the equipment, breathe underwater, and communicate with each other through hand signals. Then, it'll be time to plunge into the Atlantic!
During this unforgettable diving experience, which will last between 30 and 45 minutes, we'll swim to a depth of between 4 and 8 meters (13-26 feet) below the surface. We'll get to see all the marine plants and wildlife up close in these beautiful calm waters.
After returning to the surface, we'll relax on the boat and share a snack and drink to replenish our strength after the underwater adventure.
Finally, we'll sail back to the departure dock, where we'll arrive at around 2 pm.
