Spectacular beaches, dramatic cliffs, golden sand dunes and a wealth of wildlife: discover the incredible biodiversity of Peru on this tour of the Paracas National Reserve.
Paracas National Reserve Tour
After being picked up from your hotel at the time indicated, you'll set off to the Paracas National Reserve, a protected area of coastal desert in Peru. Ready to discover its extraordinary landscapes?
The first stop will be the Interpretation Centre, where we'll learn more about the ecosystems of the reserve.
During a 2.5-hour tour, we'll visit the beaches, cliffs and dunes of the Paracas Natural Reserve. We'll take a close look at the Cathedral, a rock formation created by wind erosion.
We'll also learn about the history of the Paracas culture: a pre-Columbian civilization with ancient traditions that lived in these lands for several centuries.
As well as learning interesting facts about the nature and history of the Reserve, we'll also see the native fauna around this protected natural area, paying special attention to the flamingos and plovers that live there!
Finally, we'll return to your hotel in Paracas.
Partial Closures
The Interpretation Center is temporarily closed, so we'll spend more time visiting the Paracas National Reserve instead.
