Join this excursion to the sea caves of Capo Palinuro and discover the hidden treasures of the Cilento area on board an Italian gozzo. An unforgettable experience!
Cape Palinuro Sea Caves Excursion
After meeting in the port of Palinuro at the appointed time, we'll board a gozzo, a fishing boat typical of some regions of Italy, including Campania.
Upon setting sail, we'll head towards the beautiful caves of Cape Palinuro, a wonderful rocky promontory located between the Gulf of Velia and the Gulf of Policastro. Here, we'll visit the impressive Grotta Azzurra (Blue Grotto), named after the dreamy color of the water, which takes on different shades during the day depending on the light. A breathtaking sight to see!
After visiting the cave, we'll reach Spiaggia del Buon Dormire (meaning 'beach of good sleep'), a spot where you can enjoy a relaxing swim for half an hour... Or perhaps a nice nap, if you want to test the accuracy of the name of this wonderful coastline!
After an hour and a half excursion, the tour will come to an end.
