Day Trip to the Inhotim Institute

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ouro Preto and drive to Brumadinho, where the Inhotim Institute is located. Ready to visit the largest collection of contemporary art in Brazil?

After a 2.5-hour drive, we'll arrive at our destination and start a panoramic tour of the Inhotim Institute. On board the minibus we'll explore the main areas of this open-air museum and stop to take pictures of its contemporary works of art.

A botanical garden with more than 4000 floral and arboreal species, spheres in ponds, glass pavilions with incredible views, and benches created by the designer Hugo França? All this and many more surprises await us at the Inhotim Institute.

In addition, during the visit, we'll have access to a natural reserve of Mata Atlantica, a neotropical plant formation in danger of extinction that is preserved in this place. Of course, before leaving the Inhotim Institute we'll leave you an hour of free time for lunch.

We'll finish the excursion at 4:30 pm at your hotel in Ouro Preto.
