If you’re going to travel to Osaka and you don’t know how to get to the city centre from the airport. We’ve got the answer! Nankai Rapit Airport Express is a train service that quickly and easily takes you from the Kansai International Airport train station to Namba station.
You’ll travel in a retro-futurist-style carriage and during the mere 38-minute journey, you’ll be able to enjoy a comfortable seat and free Wi-Fi.
How does it work?
When booking, you can choose to travel from the airport to Osaka or vice versa. If you choose to travel from Osaka to the airport, you can board the Nankai Rapit Airport Express at Namba, Shin-Imamiya, Tengachaya or Sakai stations.
The ticket is valid for non-Japanese citizens only.

Please keep in mind that, if you purchase more than one ticket all passengers must take the same train at the same time on the same day. If you'd like to take the train separately, you must purchase different tickets.
Each QR code corresponds to each ticket that must be presented on your mobile device. That is to say, each person must show their own individual QR code, one person cannot show two codes. If you've purchased various tickets, you must present them on individual devices.
This means that if you've purchased two adult tickets and one child's ticket, you must present the QR codes on three different devices.
Train Times and Frequency
The trains run every day every 30 minutes from 6:52 am until 10:35 pm.
Children under 6 years old
Children under 6 years old go free, provided they sit on their parent's lap.
Private Transfer
