Our journey will begin at the Kōbe Harbour, where we'll check out the Mosaic Big Ferris Wheel. This imposing structure will offer us some unparalleled panoramic views of the harbour and the buildings that surround it. Fancy going up on it? Afterwards, you'll have some free time to try the legendary Kobe meat, known for its unmatched flavour and texture. Amazing!
We'll continue our tour at Kitano Ijinkan-Gai, a neighbourhood which captures the real essence of the Meiji and Taisho era with its Western-style buildings and structures. Here, every building has its own history, like the House of the Veleta and the Moegi House, which are famous for their architecture and cultural importance. There, we'll see how walking down the streets, is visiting an open-air museum.
Relaxation awaits us at Arima Onsen, an oasis of tranquillity and thermal baths, which are renowned for their health benefits. This bath, which is one of the oldest in Japan, will surely entice you to take a dip, surrounded by Kōbe's unique nature. Fancy it? You'll have various options, from an iron-rich bath to a carbonated bath, known for its therapeutic properties.
That afternoon, we'll make our way towards Rokkō Mountain, the perfect spot to watch the sunset. From this privileged viewpoint, we'll be able to admire the city of Kōbe, which will be all lit up, creating a panoramic view of lights, which stretches beyond the horizon. Photo moment!
Finally, we'll make our way towards Osaka, and once we've arrived, we'll make our way towards the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping street and bustling Dotonbori street. Here, the motto of Osaka'eat until you drop' really comes alive, where we'll see the locals enjoying their takoyaki and okonomiyaki.
