Valencia Day Trip

We'll meet outside the Oropesa del Mar tourist information office at 9 am and start our journey to Valencia. After an hour's bus ride, we'll arrive at the Levantine capital.

There, our first stop will be one of Valencia's most important attractions, the City of Arts and Sciences. From the bus, we'll marvel at this enormous modern complex , full of "third millennial buildings". We'll then continue to the Palau de la Música de Valencia.

The next part of the tour will be on foot. We'll explore the historic centre of Valencia, finding out all about its important history while admiring its beautiful monuments. During the walking tour we'll visit the Central Market, la Iglesia de los Santos Juanes and the Estació del Nord; some of Valencia's most emblematic monuments.

We'll also enter the magnificent Lonja de la Seda, a gothic building from the 15th century that will take your breath away. After this, we'll go on a tour of the magnificient Cathedral of Valencia. Did you know that its bell tower is known as the Torre del Micalet?

Between 1 pm and 5 pm we'll give you some free time so you can continue exploring the wonderful sights of Valencia and recharge your batteries by trying its famous gastronomy.

We'll meet back up at the Torres de Serrano to begin the journey back to Oropesa, where we'll arrive around 7 pm.
