Feel like an astronaut for the day visiting the NASA base from which the USA launches its manned missions into space on this excursion to the Kennedy Space Center from Orlando.
Kennedy Space Center Tour
We'll pick you up from Orlando first thing in the morning and set off to Cape Canaveral where the NASA base is located just off the coast. During the bus ride, we'll give you some tips and hints so that when we arrive, you'll be fully prepared for the visit.
At the Kennedy Space Center, you'll get to learn all about the history of the aerospace industry and the incredible technological advances that lead to the first human beings being sent into space. Marvel at some of the rockets and space shuttles used in the Apollo missions during the space race.
The Kennedy Space Center is a huge complex with many rooms and fascinating exhibitions. You'll have access to IMAX projections that simulate a space trip and be able to see the rocket launch pads themselves. You can walk through galleries showcasing the history of some of NASA's most famous astronauts and see what the International Space Station looks like inside using interactive panels.
From Cape Canaveral, we'll make our way back to Orlando, where the tour will end after between 10 and 12 hours together.
