Alpujarra Horseback Riding Tour
Alpujarra Horseback Riding Tour
At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Camino de la Estrella street, located on the outskirts of Órgiva. Here, the horses will be waiting for us to start an exciting ride through the surroundings of this village. Are you ready to explore the mountainous landscapes of the Alpujarra of Granada?
When you book, you can opt for a one or two hour horseback ride - it's up to you! We'll get on the back of our new friends and leave the stable to start enjoying the activity.
We'll take the so-called route of the centenary olive trees, one of the most popular trails in Órgiva. During the route we'll see extensive estates full of olive trees, if you look closely at their trunks you'll be able to see just how old they are! Then we'll come to the Guadalfeo river to admire the Seven Eye Bridge. It gets its name from its seven semicircular arches.
We'll continue along the path ascending through the mountains of the Alpujarra to enjoy a spectacular view of the mountain ranges of Granada.
Gradually, we'll start our way back to the equestrian centre. We'll finish the activity by saying goodbye to the horses at the starting point.
Riding Lesson
If you've never ridden a horse before, we recommend booking a 30-minute riding lesson. You'll learn how to ride correctly and then you can start the guided tour of one or two hours, depending on your preference.
