At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Oeiras Marina, ready to start our kayak tour along the Lisbon coastline. Ready to enjoy a day at sea?
Once we're all together, we'll give you a brief explanation on how to use the kayak, the basic paddling techniques and all the necessary safety instructions you'll need. Then, we'll hand out the life jackets, climb into the kayaks and it'll be time to get paddling along the Lisbon coast!
Historic coastal castles, crystal-clear waters and breathtaking landscapes are just some of the attractions you'll discover along the way. From the marina in Oeiras, located at the western end of Lisbon's metropolitan area, we'll set course for the Portuguese capital's most famous beaches. You'll be enchanted by Praia de Carcavelos, the largest and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Estoril coast.
Our Lisbon kayak tour will also take us to see the imposing fortresses that line the coastline overlooking the beach: the São Julião da Barra Fort, the Fort of São João das Maias and the Santa Amaro do Areeiro Fort. We'll also reach Praia das Fontainhas, a secluded beach where you'll have the opportunity for a refreshing dip in its crystalline waters.
After a 2-hour kayak tour along the Lisbon coast, we'll end back at the starting point in Oeiras.
