The mob doesn't leave any living witnesses. However, there are always loose ends that allow you to delve into the past. Ready to investigate the most notorious crimes in Odessa?

After picking you up from your hotel at your chosen time, we'll set off on our two and a half hour tour of Odessa's historic centre in search of the horrors that have occurred here. First, we'll hear the story of Mishka Yaponchik, the most feared gangster in Odessa at the end of the 19th century. We'll pass by Kartamyshevska Street, an area where Yaponchik's gang hid from police, while we remember his clandestine past.

Our tour will continue following in the footsteps of Sofia Ivanovna Blyuvshtein, better known as Sonya Golden Hand. We'll visit the neighbourhoods where this queen of the criminal world, one of the most brilliant thieves of the former Russian Empire, committed her crimes.

The next stop will be in Moldavanka, historically known as one of Odessa's most dangerous criminal districts. Many criminals managed to escape from the police through some of the places you'll see as we explore the neighbourhood.
