At 12 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel in Nyaung Shwe and head to the city pier. There we will board a boat that will take us to Lake Inle, where the cooking class will take place.
After driving for half an hour, we'll arrive at a house in the Intha area of Thar Lay Ywa, where a local chef will be waiting for us. Then it's time to begin! We will start the gastronomy lesson by preparing a tasty Burmese curry of chicken, pork, fish, or beef.
Depending on the season, we will cook dishes such as tofu tempura or Burmese soup with a fresh tomato salad. When we have finished preparing it, we will sit down at the table to enjoy our delicious creation.
After eating, our fantastic culinary experience concludes by returning to Nyaung Shwe, where we will arrive at 3:30 pm.
