Novi Sad Free Tour
Tour Details
We’ll meet at the designated time in Trg Slobode, Novi Sad’s Town Hall Square, right next to the Monument to Svetozar Miletić—the perfect spot to begin our free tour, surrounded by stunning architecture.
Our first stop will be the National Theater of Serbia, the country’s oldest professional theater, where we’ll dive into its rich history and significance.
From there, we’ll take a leisurely walk down Zmaj Jovina Street, a lively pedestrian avenue full of cafes, shops, and historic buildings, before heading to Danube Park, a peaceful green oasis in the heart of the city.
Along the way, we’ll also admire impressive landmarks like the grand Bishop’s Palace and the Vojvodina Museum, as well as the moving Monument to the Victims of Fascism, which offers a view of the iconic Petrovaradin Fortress.
After about an hour of exploring, we’ll wrap up our free tour of Novi Sad on the banks of the Danube River, next to the Spomenik žrtvama racije, the Monument to the Victims of World War II.
