San Remo & Dolceacqua Day Trip
San Remo & Dolceacqua Day Trip
Having picked you up from your hotel and hit the road, we'll cross the Italian border. We'll head to San Remo, a coastal town famous for hosting a national music festival every year,
When we get there, we'll discover the beautiful villas built in Art Nouveau style and see the famous casino. During our stroll through San Remo, we'll enjoy the market stalls held every Tuesday and Saturday, where locals offer artisanal products such as cheeses and oils.
The tour will continue in Dolceacqua, a beautiful medieval town dominated by a 12th-century castle. Here you'll have free time to explore Dolceacqua at your own pace, exploring the streets of its historic centre, the art galleries and the souvenir shops which can be found on the ground floor of the centuries-old buildings. You can eat in one of the many restaurants, or head to the castle to learn about its history.
With the tour over we then take you back to your hotel in Nice.
Important
On this tour we'll travel to Italy, therefore you'll need to bring your passport (or other national identity document for citizens of the European Union) and have the required visa if applicable.
