Storyline
Based on the novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire, the musical tells the story of Elphaba Thropp, born with emerald green skin and her beautiful, popular and ambitious friend Glinda and their unusual friendship until Elphaba becomes the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda into the Good Witch.
Availability
Although Wicked is on eight times a week in the largest Broadway theatre, tickets are quickly sold out, so we recommend booking them in advance.

The Theatre allocates the seats together at the time of booking on a best-available seat basis - the earlier you reserve, the better! Tickets are for the Mid Side orchestra, Rear Mezzenine, or Rear Orchestra zones.
Gershwin Theatre
Gershwin Theatre hosts Wicked the Musical. It is the largest Broadway theatre with a seating capacity of 1,933. It was opened to the public in 1972 under the name Uris Theatre and was renamed Gershwin in 1983 to commemorate one of the most important American composers George Gershwin.
