Tour Details
Welcome to Central Park, the green lung of New York! We'll meet at the indicated time in front of the Maine Monument in Central Park to set off on a guided tour of this iconic green space in the heart of the Big Apple. Let's go!
Our journey begins with a stroll past Billionaires' Row, a glimpse into the world of Manhattan’s elite. We’ll continue to the Wollman Rink, where skaters glide against a backdrop of city skyscrapers, and The Pond, a peaceful retreat where water, wildlife, and greenery offer visitors a tranquil setting.
Next, we’ll visit the Central Park Zoo, home to playful sea lions and many more animals, before arriving at the Balto statue — a tribute to the heroic sled dog who braved Alaska’s harsh wilderness. From here, we’ll walk along The Mall, a tree-lined promenade leading to the breathtaking Bethesda Terrace and its iconic Angel of the Waters fountain.
As we continue, we’ll see The Lake, the water perfectly reflecting the skyline above, and the crowd-favorite Alice in Wonderland statue. We’ll cross the romantic Bow Bridge, one of the park’s most photographed spots, before heading into The Ramble, a secluded natural escape filled with winding trails and lush greenery.
Our tour culminates at Belvedere Castle, where sweeping views of the park and city skyline await. Finally, we’ll make our way to Strawberry Fields, a memorial to John Lennon, before ending at the historic Dakota Building — his former home and a landmark rich with New York history.
We'll bring the experience to an end at this final monument, after 2.5 hours of exploring together.
