The Amplified exhibition, at the Artechouse NYC museum, will take you deeper into the great secrets of rock & roll history than you ever imagined. Through an immersive experience, designed by a creative team of former Rolling Stone editors, award-winning designers and world-class filmmakers, you will enjoy a celebration of the music that has shaped generations.
Using the latest creative technologies powered by laser projections, Amplifield displays over 1,000 photographs, 200 videos and 1,300 Rolling Stone covers, transporting you through six decades of musical history, revealing rock's impact not only on sound, but also on the world.
You'll learn how this musical genre was part of the evolution of fashion, language and social movements. In addition, during your tour you will hear legendary performances by the biggest stars of music, such as The Beatles, Blondie, Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Chappell Roan, Janis Joplin, Bob Marley, Green Day, Sinead O'Connor, among others.
Located in the Chelsea neighborhood, this showroom takes art to another level, allowing innovative experiential art, supported by the latest technologies and the most advanced design tools, to reach everyone.
