New Orleans Mystery & Legends Tour
We'll meet at the time of your choice at the entrance of the Voodoo Lounge, to start the mysteries and legends tour. Are you ready to discover some of the city's most sordid episodes?
First, we'll delve into the French Quarter to learn about some of the spookiest stories that took place in the city. We'll learn the chilling story of Madame Lalaurie and her haunted mansion, and discover places where, according to legend, the vampires of New Orleans used to gather, such as the Carter Brothers' house or the former Ursuline convent.
Of course, this tour wouldn't be complete without talking about the queen of voodoo: Marie Laveau. Who was she and how did she become one of the most influential people in New Orleans? During the tour, we'll unveil some of the most curious facts about the life of the woman known as the Witch Queen. We'll even visit the places where she held her voodoo ceremonies.
Then, we'll visit the oldest bars in the city. Anyone feeling a little thirsty? If you wish, we'll go into one of them to enjoy a refreshing drink while we continue to unveil some of the most sinister mysteries and legends of New Orleans.
Lastly, we'll walk to Jackson Square, where we'll end the tour after an hour and forty-five minutes.
