The New Orleans hop on hop off bus is a practical way to tour the City of Jazz. You can get on an off the bus at any of its stops, to explore the city at your own pace.

The bus makes 18 stops in the main points of interest in the city. Throughout the tour, you'll enjoy the company of an English speaking guide, who will explain everything you need to know about the spots on the route.
That route goes from the banks of the Mississippi River, past Harrahs Casino, Jackson Square, the Saint Louis Cathedral and Canal Street, one of the liveliest areas of the city, full of bars, restaurants, hotels and shops of every kind imaginable.

How does it work?
The ticket is valid for 24 hours, from the moment of its first use, and includes a self-guided tour of the Lafayette cemetery.
While your ticket is valid you can hop on and hop off the bus as many times as you like, allowing you to get to know the main attractions in the city, such as the French Market, the best place to or Canal Street where you can make a stop for one of the bourbon cocktails the city is famous for, or to simply drink in the atmosphere of one of the most unusual and delightful cities in the united states. Or you can even head to take a look at the incredible New Orleans Saints Stadium, home of the local NFL team.
After making the reservation, we'll send you an email with a voucher that you have to hand in on the first bus that you take. Please be aware that your ticket will only be valid for the date you choose.
Schedule & frequency
- The first bus leaves between 9:30 am and 9:40 am from stops 1, 5, 6 and 17
- The final full circuit leaves at 4 pm from all stops
- The final route is at 5:30 pm
