General Roca Food Tour
General Roca Food Tour
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Neuquén at 10 am to head towards the city of General Roca, located on the banks of the Negro River.
In less than an hour we'll arrive in this town where agriculture and gastronomy play a very important role. Do you want to know why? You'll have to come along to find out!
First of all, we'll visit the Humberto Canale winery, which has been in operation for more than 100 years. We'll take a tour of its facilities and crops, and we'll accompany the visit with a tasting of its most renowned wines.
The next stop will be at the BonFrut factory, specialised in the production of apple paste chocolates. Did you know that this fruit is one of the most important raw materials in the province of Río Negro?
To end our gastronomic tour of General Roca on a high note, we'll go to Gennari, an establishment where the star product is dried and dehydrated fruits and nuts.
Finally, we'll leave General Roca behind and return to Neuquén, where we'll arrive at 4 pm.
