Discover the perfect view of the Nazca Lines from the ground with this brilliant tour which also includes a visit to the Maria Reiche Museum.
Maria Reiche Museum and Nazca Lines Viewpoint
At the time you choose, we will pick you up from your hotel in Nazca and travel along the Pan-American Highway to the Maria Reiche Museum.
For one hour, we will explore the entire exhibition, learning all about the interesting life of this researcher who spent her days studying the Nazca Lines. As we walk through the different rooms of the museum, we will discover some of the most fascinating findings that Reiche made in these mysterious lands.
We will continue the tour at the metallic lookout point of the Nazca Lines. We will climb the 65-foot high tower to contemplate the nearest of these huge pre-columbian geoglyphs, such as the tree or the hand.
Finally, we will head to a small hill nearby, from where we will be able to observe other geoglyphs of Nazca. Some believe that the Nazcas created them as an offering to their gods and some think they are astronomical symbols. What do you think?
We will end the tour by returning to your hotel in Nazca two and a half hours after pick up.
