At the Peixe Seco Museum, we'll learn about the importance of fishing in Nazaré and learn how this ancient technique of drying fish has been fundamental to the local economy over the decades.
Then, we'll head through the Nazaré market to the Pederneira Casa Museu do Pescador, a place that will take us back in time. We'll admire the fishermen's ancient tools, traditional outfits and photographs that will tell us all about the history of a community dedicated to the sea.
Afterwards, we'll visit Casal das Figueiras, take a delightful walk around its gardens and marvel at the views of the Atlantic.
Our next stop will be the Elevador da Nazaré, a lift that will take us from the centre of the town to Sitio, an elevated area with impressive views.
