Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro, Princess Mononoke... If you're a fan of Studio Ghibli movies, you can't miss this day trip to Ghibli Park with tickets included. Get ready for an unforgettable and magical day out!

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up in front of the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel to set off towards Ghibli Park. Ready to enjoy this unique space inspired by the Studio Ghibli animated universe? Say no more!

After a 45-minute bus trip, we'll reach Ghibli Park, located on the site where the Expo 2005 was held. This thematic space recreates the Studio Ghibli universe, offering an immersive experience in the worlds created in films as iconic as My Neighbour Totoro and Princess Mononoke.

With the included tickets, you'll have access to the 5 main areas in the park: Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, the Hill of Youth, Dondoko Forest, Mononoke Village and the Valley of Witches. Each of these areas will make you feel like you're starring in a Ghibli movie, with themed cafés, shops, and play areas.

Throughout the day, you'll get to explore Ghibli Park at your own pace, take photos with the decorations in each area, and enjoy a delicious bento-style lunch inspired by the films. What a treat!

After enjoying your time in Ghibli Park, our journey will continue at the Aichi Museum of Flight after a 45-minute journey. In this museum dedicated to Japanese aviation, you'll get to see a fascinating collection of historical planes and life-size models, including the famous YS-11 and the Zero Fighter. Both models stand out in aviation history and are linked to the work The Wind Rises by Studio Ghibli, a movie inspired by the aeronautical engineer Jiro Horikosho.

Lastly, we'll return to our original meeting point in Nagoya, where we'll arrive after a total of 8 and 8.5 hours later.

Itinerary Adjustments

If the Aichi Museum of Flight is closed, we'll visit the Toyota Automobile Museum, a hidden gem for car lovers. This museum houses a collection of around 140 vintage and modern vehicles that demonstrate the evolution of the Japanese and international automotive industry.
