Mutigny Vineyards Tour
Options
When booking, you can choose between four different options. All of them start from Place de la Mairie and include a tour of the Mutigny vineyards with a guide in English and French.
Tour with wine tasting (1.5 hours)
This guided tour through the vineyards of Mutigny will take us on a 2-kilometer long path called Sentier du vigneron where we'll discover the importance of wine in France. We'll also take in exceptional views of the Marne Valley, belonging to the former Champagne-Ardenne region.
Along the way, we'll reveal some interesting facts, such as the effect of phylloxera on the vine and how this place came to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the end of the tour, we'll taste a delicious local wine.
Tour with champagne tasting, 2 glasses (2 hours)
This guided tour will follow the same itinerary as the previous one and, after discovering the richness of the environment and the different preservation techniques, we'll enjoy two glasses of French champagne. Cheers!
Tour with champagne tasting, 3 glasses (2 hours)
Did you know that in 2015, 312 million bottles of champagne were sold? We'll discover this and many other curious facts with the tour of the wine trail of Mutigny. After the walk, we'll taste three types of champagne from the region.
Tour with wine tasting & lunch (2 hours)
This option starts with a guided tour of the Mutigny vineyards and ends with a tasting of a local wine accompanied by a tasty picnic consisting of a Parisian sandwich, a salad and a dessert. Bon appétit!
