Familia Dardanelli Winery Tour
Description
We'll pick you up from your accommodation at the chosen time at Camino de Los Molinos ready to start our tour of the iconic Familia Dardanelli winery, where Italian and Uruguayan traditions combine.
We'll head inside the winery and explore the oldest areas. You'll learn all about Constante Dardanelli, the Italian immigrant who founded the establishment in 1949.
As you explore the winery, you'll find out about the wine-making process, and with the help of expert winemakers, you'll see how a bunch of grapes is turned into a bottle of the best wine in Uruguay. With four generations of experience, you'll be amazed by their expertise and knowledge.
Next, it'll be time to enjoy a wine tasting of four of the best Dardanelli wines. First, you'll be served a glass of Gran Reserva, then a younger wine, the third glass will be a Sauvignon Blanc and, last but not least, the country's most popular wine: a Tannat.
After the experience, we'll say goodbye at the entrance of the Familia Dardanelli winery, where we will conclude the visit. See you next time!
