Our panoramic tour of Montevideo for cruise passengers conveniently starts from the city's port. During our journey, we'll explore the most iconic landmarks in this Rio Platenese city, all from the comfort of a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
Leaving the port behind, we'll make our way to the Old City of Montevideo, Plaza de la Independencia. In this area, we'll encounter some of the most iconic monuments in the city, such as the Solis Theatre, the Artigas Mausoleum, the Casa de Gobierno museum, Palacio Salvo and the Gateway of the Citadel.

We'll enter this elegant building, which is over a century old, to browse the stalls and learn about the most famous products of Uruguayan gastronomy.
From the historic city center, We'll also pass by the Obelisco de los Constituyentes, which was constructed in bronze. Our next stop will be at Parque Batlle, home to the iconic Estadio Centenario football stadium, which hosted the very first World Cup in 1930.
We'll then walk along the Rambla de Montevideo, a large avenue that runs along the coast of the Río de la Plata, and we'll go to Pocitos Beach, where you'll have the opportunity to photograph the famous sign with the name of the city.
Finally, we'll visit the Punta Carretas neighborhood, making a stop at the Punta Brava lighthouse, where you'll be able to see the iron structure of the port market. At the end of the tour, 2.5 hours after the start, we'll take you back to the port of Montevideo.
