Hiking Trip to Chipinque Ecological Park
Hiking Trip to Chipinque Ecological Park
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Monterrey, before setting off on a half-hour trip to Chipinque Ecological Park.
The protected natural reserve of Chipinque is one of the best-preserved treasures of Nuevo Leon. You'll enjoy a pleasant 2-hour hike through the Sierra Madre Oriental.
As we start walking, the guide will explain all the fascinating facts about this place and its inhabitants. We'll have fun identifying different native species of animals and plants such as the red-tailed eagle, the aura vulture, the coati, and the huisache tree.
When we reach the summit, will enjoy exclusive views of the city of Monterrey. This is a great moment to take a nice souvenir photo! Here we'll spend an hour and a half exploring the area and enjoying the park before starting the descent.
In just half an hour, we'll be back on the minibus heading back to Monterrey. Along the way, you have the option to stop at a local restaurant to eat on your own or we'll take you directly to your hotel, where this 6-hour excursion will end.
